I contacted Shelby back in the summer of 2023 to put up my condo for sale in the London area.

Melanie and Shelby are the reason we're here. They successfully and quickly sold our previous house, at a nice profit, in a buyer's market. The care and attention Shelby employed during showings was amazing to see, and we were always confident that our old home's best unique features were being showcased. The weekly reports we received from their office gave us a great sense of what sort of attention our house was getting. Selling one's house is always a stressful time, and they kept us calm, informed, and optimistic. I'm not going to get into all the details of our new house, because this is the internet in 2025, but Melanie pulled off a real coup to get us in here, collaborating with the selling agent and family to work out a deal and a timeline that left all parties confident and happy. And in the post-sale paperwork chaos, when the bank and the lawyers all need to work together and one hand never knew what the other was doing, Melanie was always quick to jump on the phone and stickhandle everything.
